Coronavirus

Following advice in response to the COVID 19 pandemic we took the decision to close Tyne & Wear Archives on Wednesday 18 March until further notice. We will be monitoring government guidance and share any new information about access to our venues when this is available.

In the meantime, we’re creating digital experiences and resources so that you can still enjoy our wonderful collections from home.  We are adding these to our website and social media.

Please sign up to our emails at mustseemuseums.org.uk and check our social media channels so we can keep you up to date.

Thank you for your support and understanding at this challenging time. Stay well and we look forward to welcoming you back in due course.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any online shop orders until the museums reopen.
